Starting this year, we’ve restructured how we deliver client websites. After a lot of client feedback, three things stood out: people wanted clearer timelines, simpler pricing, and support that didn’t disappear the moment the site went live.

So that’s exactly what changed. Every new project now comes with a fixed delivery timeline agreed upfront, transparent package pricing with no surprise add-ons, and 30 days of included post-launch support to handle any adjustments once the site is live and being used.

We’re also introducing a lightweight maintenance plan for clients who want ongoing peace of mind — regular backups, plugin updates, and a monthly check-in, without having to think about it.
